We surveyed 305 buildings of 5,000 square feet or larger, totaling 11.6 million square feet of space. Our report includes a breakdown of vacancy rates by sub-market and charts the vacancy trends over the last 30 years. This year’s numbers reflect the continued impact of the COVID pandemic as well as other market forces that influence commercial real estate in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
